You may have noticed it's not actually on Steam at all, according to the Cry of Fear official Facebook page there has been some confusion about the games price, or lack thereof.
If you're like me you were probably excited for the steam release of the hit Half Life mod Cry of Fear which doesn't require you to own Half Life in order you to play it.
